Regiments
Rise through the ranks, support your fellow soldiers as a musician, artillery crewman, or surgeon, or stand firm as a line infantryman while your regiment clashes against others in organized and competitive events. Regiments are in-game groups (clans) that host and participate in both private and public events. These can include hardcore line battles, large-scale campaigns, ceremonies, melee tournaments, trainings, and more—each depending on a regiment’s traditions and focus. Players interested in organized, team-based play and competitive events are strongly encouraged to join a regiment.
What Are Regiments?
Community-run groups that:
- Recruit, train, and field players for weekly events.
- Use ranks, roles (infantry, artillery, cavalry, musicians, surgeons), and internal rules.
- Coordinate via Discord for announcements, voice comms, and schedules.
Why Join One?
- **Teamplay & structure.** March, volley, and maneuver with a coordinated unit.
- **Regular events.** Most regiments run 2–5 events weekly at set times.
- **Coaching.** Learn melee, formations, artillery, and leadership.
- **Community.** Make friends, attend ceremonies, and participate in campaigns.
Event Types
- **Line Battles & Hardcore** – Formation fighting, volleys, and discipline.
- **Campaigns** – Persistent multi-event scenarios with map objectives.
- **Siege / Conquest / Frontlines** – Objective-based; often with role-play elements.
- **Trainings & Tryouts** – Practice, drills, and skill evaluations.
- **Tournaments** – Duels or group melee competitions.
How To Join

2. **Browse posts** that match your region (EU/NA/OC), language, and schedule.
3. **Contact a recruiter** and follow their quick steps (intro, trial, event check-in).

Choosing A Regiment
Consider:
- **Time zone & event days** – Can you attend most primaries?
- **Playstyle** – Strict line discipline vs. casual/relaxed; infantry vs. specialist roles.
- **Voice & platforms** – Most use Discord. Cross-play is supported; some units are PC-only due to mods.
- **Size & culture** – Small tight-knit vs. large multi-company organizations.
- **Promotion path** – NCO/Officer tracks, specialist schools, mentoring.
Expectations & Etiquette
- **Show up on time** and post **LOA** (leave of absence) if you can’t.
- **Follow event rules** (friendly fire, formations, chat/VOIP conduct).
- **Be respectful** to allies and opponents; represent your regiment well.
- **Trial periods** are normal—give it a couple of events before deciding.
