Voice Commands

I. Proximity Voice Chat (Push-to-Talk)

Holdfast uses a proximity-based voice chat system. Your voice can be heard by any player—friend or foe—who is near your physical location in the game world. The system is always Push-to-Talk (PTT); there is no open microphone or toggle option.

Mute All In-Game Voice Press K N/A (Use Settings Menu) N/A (Use Settings Menu) Toggles on/off all incoming player voice chat. A disabled audio icon will appear on the HUD.
Mute Individual Players Press P Menu Button (then navigate to Scoreboard > Mute Player) Options Button (then navigate to Scoreboard > Mute Player) Opens the scoreboard/mute menu to silence players individually.

Console Voice Chat Troubleshooting

  • Party Chat Conflict: If you are in an Xbox Live Party or a PlayStation Party, your in-game Push-to-Talk may not work.
